My Story
Cassie Blake has been working in the mental health field since 2008. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, as well as obtaining her certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Since obtaining licensure, Cassie as has received certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Profession and provides clinical consultation and supervision to others in the field.
Cassie has extensive experience and expertise in the area of anxiety and trauma. She utilizes exposure response prevention techniques (ERP) as well as educating clients on effective coping skills to manage anxiety. Cassie has strengths in working with clients on building skills to manage anxiety, stress, anger, and mood related symptoms, as well as life management skills. She works with clients struggling with addiction, as well as friends, family and loved ones experiencing addiction related struggles.
Cassie Blake, LCPC is known to challenge her clients to help them achieve their goals, with support, compassion, and respect. She utilizes language that is acceptable to all clients, and provides a warm therapeutic environment to assist in therapeutic rapport and comfort. She maintains all licensing and credentialing through the IDFPR.

My Story
Alyse focuses on building a deep and meaningful relationship with my clients and utilizes a strength based model to empower them to continually become better versions of themselves. Our thoughts, feelings, and memories have the ability to take us into the past and future, and out of our present lives! Alyse is a certified anxiety specialist but also works with ADHD, relationship issues, teaching about effective communication, boundaries and life transitions.
Those who come in to see Alyse typically appreciate her sense of humor, humility and straightforward nature. Alyse's approach to psychotherapy is integrative and focuses on the therapy relationship, mindfulness practices, self-compassion, development of coping skills, and some laughter to round it all out! She believes in a work life balance and spends her free time catching live music or cooking at home.
